Olsen Family Blog: On the mends...

Sorry it's been so long. I am finally starting to feel better this past week, so hopefully I will be able to get more accomplished in the days to come. I had my doctor appointment last Thursday and we got to hear the baby's heartbeat which is always so much fun. Breven will be having his 9 month check up in a couple weeks and we are really curious to see how much he has grown in the past 3 months. He is crawling now, but he only crawls backwards. Silly boy!

Nick and Kali welcomed their 3rd baby boy Gaven to the world on 03.05.09 he weighed 8 lbs and 12 ounces and is super cute! It's pretty funny because Matt's family is getting hard to keep the names straight. There is Aiden, Landen, Breven, and Gaven. Then Kori, Kali, and Katie.. and if we were to have a girl her name would be Kyrie. But enough of my rambling we will keep you updated with any new news! Here are some pics!

Baby Gaven.. welcome to the family!

Last Monday Breven and I met up with Tanya, Jolene, Cole, and Grandma for lunch at Matthew's in Circle Pines. Then we headed over to Grandma and Grandpa's to hang out for the day.

The day before we went and celebrated Aiden's 3rd birthday at Kali's Mom and Dad's house. I was bummed because most of the pictures turned out blurry, but I was able to post a couple of them.

The evening before the birthday party Matt and I finally made homemade pizza. It was so delicious! We had a ton of fun having some good family time together!

We also made cheese bread, we didn't really plan it out though. At the last minute we decided to use the left over dough so it is kind of mis-shaped, but it was really good!

Breven has now learned that when the red light of the camera shines on his face that means the flash is going to go off soon. So now he squints whenever he sees the red light. Makes it hard to take good pictures, but they are pretty funny!
