Mini Matt

We forgot to put this in the last couple of posts.. Here is a picture of Matt when he was 3 months old! When Laurie first showed it to me I didn't realize it was Matt!

And this picture I think is too funny .. on the left is Landen and the right is Breven. Landen is Breven's cousin and is about 7 months older, but the size difference is too funny!

Pumpkin Patch!!!

Grandma and Granpda took everyone out to the pumpkin patch on Sunday. All of the kids, (including myself and Katie), got to pick out their own pumpkins for halloween. This is a picture of Breven when we told him that his pumpkin is bigger than his daddy's. No, just kidding, this picture Grandpa took with his cell phone. Some how Grandpa always seems to push that button at just the right time!

And this is what happens when you take the picture at the wrong time... you get the "ANGRY FACE OF BREVEN!" This is not a face that you think is funny, or that you snicker or giggle at, this is a face that means some thing is about to happen... so all you can do is turn around and run away! Hehe.

And this is where he ended up after giving us his "ANGRY FACE." At least we are all safe now! And, he's out! TKO! Such a big day at the pumpkin patch.

Here are some other pictures of everyone being crazy in the corn pit...or whatever its called!

This is Grandpa thinking he is funny throwing corn at me. Please note how I emphasized the word thinking... Breven was still sleeping so he couldn't help me defend myself.
Nick, Kali, Landen and Grandma.
Before we left for the pumpkin patch, we were fed a great big turkey dinner. And of course, we were all starting to get a little tired. Looks like Kori had a little too much turkey.
Zach and Emma didn't though. They were all over that pumpkin patch like it was going out of style! I was getting tired just watching them!
Awe, cute. A family photo. Katie came up with the idea that we should put some hay coming out of his sleeves and his pant legs to make him look like a scarecrow but we figured that may not have been a good idea so you will have to wait until he is a little older for that one.
Here is Landen watching Nick and Kali pick out a pumpkin for him.
Zach found his pumpkin and had to have Uncle Nick carry it back to the wagon for him because it was so big and heavy.
Grandpa Jeff and Aiden. Looks like Aiden is showing Grandpa on where "HE NEEDS TO PUT HIS PUMPKIN."
Katie deliberating on which pumpkin she should choose.
And Emma disapeared for a while and came back with a big pumpkin too! Everyone had a really good time this year at the patch!
We have some video's that we took but we will upload those later! We will update again soon!

Happy Birthday Grandpa Jeff...

It was Grandpa Jeff's 56th birthday yesterday and boy did we have fun. Grandpa cooked up some delicious cheeseburgers, tater tots and of course, his famous dip! It wouldn't be the same without it. Grandma and Grandpa got to see how big Breven had gotten since they had seen him last.

Grandma was looking through some old pictures of me, (Matt), and found one of me at 3 months old. Breven and I look exactly the same at 3 months of age! Hey, at least we know he will grow up to be a handsome devil like his daddy!

Unfortunately, we did not get any new pictures because we were too busy chatting away. We will get a copy of the picture of me when I was 3 months and get a picture of Breven and show you how alike we look. We will update again soon, but with pictures!

What Breven dreams about...

Breven wanted to tell the whole world what he dreams about during his naps and asked me to get the video camera so he can express himself a bit...

Nothing else to update for now. I hope you all liked hearing what he dreams about!

Pizza Party!

Not much to add today but a little. The bank finally contacted Mark about the house and he found out that he got it! Now we just have to start getting ready to move and get all of our ducks in a row...

Grandma Laurie stopped by yesterday to see B-man and to see how he was doing. He was so happy to see her! He had lots of smiles for her. Then Katie got home from work and we cooked some pizza and ate some dinner. Here are some new pictures of Grandma Laurie and Breven!
Breven has been getting so big that we have to keep getting new outfits for him almost every day! He is growing so fast that we dont have a chance to get him into every outfit that he has!

Enjoy!

Grandma Laurie is SOOOO Funny!

First day back

My first day back to work started out very exciting. I planned on taking it easy in the morning because I didn't have to go into work until 5pm. Well Breven and I got up and looked out the window and the alpacas were walking around in our yard. So I got them back in the pen a couple of times and they kept on escaping again but I couldn't stay out there long enough to fix the fence because Breven was inside crying. I went inside to feed him and I got a call from the neighbor saying they had migrated over to her yard. So I finished feeding him and went over there with a bowl of food and here I am walking through a field with a llama and 6 alpacas walking behind me in a line.... wow what a way to start a day! After that things calmed down and Matt got home and I headed off to work. My first day back went well and I didn't cry at all!
We are still waiting to hear about the house but will keep you updated... Here are some pics

Matt's first time giving Breven a bath by himself. I love how Breven just stares at him.

Splish splash!

Daddy was being funny and Breven enjoyed every second of it!

More time in his jumpy

Here he is right before bed in an extremely mismatched pair of pajamas.

I woke up this morning and couldn't find Breven.... then I went to the living room and saw this. One day alone with Dad and he is already picking up bad habits!!!!

Wasn't me...I didn't do it!

Moving?

So it has been a little while since the last post and boy have we been busy! Last weekend we had dinner at Grandpa Mark's house which was really a fun outing. We have been so busy this summer we have not had much of a chance to hang out with him, so it was nice to catch up on things and have him and Breven hang out. Unfortunately I forgot my camera at home which I was really bummed out about because we have no pictures of them together.
While we were there we got to talking about an auction that Mark went to and he put a bid on a house that is right by the farm in Lino Lakes. Mark said wouldn't it be cool if you guys were closer to your family especially after all that has happened this year... well it got us thinking... So now we are waiting to hear whether or not Mark actually will get the house, and if he does we are going to put our house on the market and buy the house from Mark once ours sells. I guess only time will tell what will happen, but we are excited at the possibilities!
So this week we have been busy talking with our loan officer and meeting with a realtor so we would be ready if Marks offer does get accepted. I have also been trying to spend as much time as I can with Breven because I go back to work next week. Its going to be tough getting back into the swing of things, but it is nice that Breven and Matt will get some more one on one time.
I will let you guys know whats happens with the house and the first day back at work (Matt says I won't be able to get there with out crying ha ha).

Here is a video of Breven in his Jumparoo! He is just talking away.

I tried to add some pictures, but I couldnt get them to load so I will put them on there next time.
