On July 1st I put in my 2 week notice at work, which we are SO excited about. Since Breven was born Matt and I have been working opposite shifts so we very rarely get time together. We decided we needed a change when we realized that we only spend 52 days out of the year together. My last day of work is July 15th and it couldn't come quick enough. I can speak for the both of us when I say we are exhausted! The timing is great because we have a busy couple of weeks ahead of us. Every weekend is booked through the second weekend in August.
I also had my 28 week check up (it was actually one day before I was 29 weeks) and things went really well. I am measuring at 31 weeks right now so she is growing and healthy. I still feel crummy most days though. September couldnt come quick enough! We are very excited to meet our little girl, and I am excited to feel normal again!
On Sunday we went to Jeff and Laurie's house. Grandpa Jeff had spent the morning filling up a TON of water balloons for the annual fight! The had also gotten a pool for the kids and we brought along our beach ball sprinkler that Breven had gotten for his birthday. This year I didnt participate in the fight but it was so much fun to watch! We ended the day in the sun with delicious garlic dinner! It was a PERFECT day.

What Mom?
Here is a turtle that the dogs found in our yard it is a Blanding's Turtle. We let her go down by our pond. The picture doesn't capture how bright the yellow on her neck was.
